1250The initial examination of a 27-year-old patient revealed depletion of the upper breast poles caused by breastfeeding. The patient came to our clinic wishing to have round implants, as recommended by her friends. Breast augmentation surgery using round implants was successfully performed through an inframammary surgical approach.
