Breast augmentation - McGhan 510 style implants

A 24-year-old patient came to our clinic wishing to improve the aesthetics and size of her breasts. The initial examination revealed that the patient’s areolas were enlarged in diameter. When considering a periareolar approach, factors such as areola color and size are important. The patient was thoroughly informed about the additional risks associated specifically with the periareolar breast augmentation technique.

During the surgery, access to the necessary area was achieved through an incision along the lower edge of the areola. McGhan 510 Style implants were selected for the procedure. They were placed using a dual-plane technique, with the upper edge of the implant covered by the pectoral muscle. This approach allowed the breasts to acquire a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing shape.

⏳The duration of the breast augmentation surgery was 50 minutes. No drains were used. The patient was discharged the following day.
