Breast augmentation with McGhan 510 style implants

A 22-year-old patient presented with an unattractive scar in the sternal area, resulting from heart surgery performed in childhood. Additionally, she had underdeveloped breasts. The patient underwent breast augmentation surgery using anatomical McGhan 510 Style implants. The implants were placed partially under the muscle in the upper breast pole. In addition, the old, unaesthetic scar was excised, and a cosmetic suture was applied.
