Breast augmentation with McGann implants 225 ml

The patient is 21 years old and had very small natural breasts — zero cup size. With such minimal breast volume, the surgeon is limited in the ability to place a large implant. In this case, an anatomically shaped McGhan implant with a volume of 225 ml was used. The breast augmentation was performed through an inframammary incision, and the implant was placed under the muscle to prevent the edges from being palpable.
