Breast augmentation with McGann implants 250 ml

This patient’s main concern was loss of volume in the upper breast poles, caused by recent breastfeeding. The breasts were generally aesthetically pleasing, with no signs of ptosis. Breast augmentation was performed, and soft round McGhan implants with a volume of 250 ml were placed through an inframammary incision.
