Breast augmentation with McGann implants 325 ml

Pre- and postoperative photos of a patient who came in wishing to enlarge her breasts. The preliminary examination showed that the patient had sufficient breast tissue for augmentation mammoplasty. During surgery, round McGhan implants with a volume of 325 milliliters were used. They were placed above the pectoral muscle, beneath the mammary glands. This method of breast augmentation is optimal when the patient’s own tissue provides enough coverage, ensuring that the breasts look and feel completely natural to the touch.
