Breast augmentation with McGann LX implants 290 ml

Preparation for breast augmentation surgery in this case required careful consideration of the patient’s individual chest anatomy. To achieve optimal results, McGhan LX implants with a volume of 290 ml were selected and placed using a dual-plane technique. The implants were positioned partly under the chest muscle and partly beneath the mammary gland. This approach allowed the patient’s breasts to achieve a natural appearance.
