Gentle Hall-Findley breast lift technique

A 23-year-old professional athlete presented with grade IV breast ptosis caused by intense and regular training. Since the patient had not given birth or breastfed before the surgery, the most sparing Hall-Findley technique was chosen for the lift. This approach successfully restored the natural breast shape and simultaneously reduced the areolar diameter to an aesthetic size of approximately five centimeters.
