Robbins reduction mammoplasty technique

A young patient with gigantomastia. The proportions of her body can be judged by the fact that her navel was located only a few centimeters below the breast level. More than 1 kg of breast tissue was removed from each side. Note the position of the mole on the left breast — it shows how high the nipple was moved. During the reduction mammoplasty, the Robbins technique was used, involving both vertical and horizontal incisions.
