Breast reduction using the Hall-Findley technique

The patient presented with breast ptosis. A reduction mammoplasty was performed using the vertical Hall-Findlay technique. The postoperative results show significant improvement in breast shape and contour, achieving an ideal appearance. The most noticeable enhancement can be observed in the upper pole of the breasts.
