Breasts reduced using the vertical Hall-Findley technique

A case of grade IV breast ptosis. The patient presented with elongated nipples oriented toward the center of the sternum. Breast reduction was performed using the Hall-Findlay method. A total of 800 grams of tissue was removed from each breast, which allowed the surgeon to restore proper breast shape and realign nipple direction.
