The patient presented with voluptuous breast shape and excessive breast volume, which caused numbness in the fingers and shoulder strap abrasions due to the heaviness and size of the breasts. At the same time, a significant reduction in breast proportions was undesirable, as it could disrupt the body’s overall harmony. As a result, the chosen method was vertical breast reduction using the Hall-Findlay technique.
