912A standard clinical case of prominent ears. The upper part of the ear was protruding, with an increased distance between the ear’s edge and the head’s surface. This aesthetic concern was easily corrected through bilateral otoplasty. The patient regained self-confidence and now feels comfortable wearing open hairstyles.
