864A common aesthetic otoplasty case involving pronounced ear asymmetry. The procedure consisted of correcting ear protrusion under local anesthesia. An excellent aesthetic result was achieved. The patient regained psychological comfort and self-confidence. The duration of the surgery was 40 minutes, and the sutures were removed one week later.
