A case of bilateral ear protrusion caused by a combination of an enlarged conchal bowl and a poorly defined antihelix. During the otoplasty procedure, excess cartilage tissue was removed, and antihelical shaping sutures were applied. An excellent aesthetic result was achieved. The surgery was performed under local anesthesia, and the cosmetic sutures were removed after one week.
