Lipofilling is a plastic surgery procedure in which a plastic surgeon removes fat from one area of the body and, after special treatment, injects it into other areas of the body. Lipofilling can be performed for aesthetic purposes or during reconstructive surgery.

Features of lipolifting
A simple and safe lipolifting procedure does not take much time and is very effective. Most often, this procedure is performed under local anesthesia, however, depending on the individual health characteristics and wishes of the patient, other methods of anesthesia may be used: sedative or general anesthesia.
The entire procedure is performed without the use of a scalpel, only with a syringe and a thin cannula. The use of a special needle with a blunt tip prevents injury to blood vessels and nerves.
The operation begins with the removal of excess fat cells from a specific area, most often the thighs or abdomen. The extracted material is then purified of impurities using a centrifuge or filtration, cleaned, and washed to increase cell survival. Once purified, the fat is injected into the area of the body that needs to be enlarged. No more than 500-900 grams of fat cells can be transplanted at a time.
Breast lipofilling
Probably many women dream of attractive breasts with sufficient volume in the upper pole and sufficient skin tone. Unfortunately, with age, after weight loss and lactation, the breasts quickly lose their shape. The easiest way out of this situation is to undergo breast augmentation surgery using silicone implants. This option is best for girls with a slender build. But for women who have natural excess fat in the thighs, abdomen, and back, there is an alternative in the form of breast lipofilling.
This surgical option is well suited for those who are planning a small increase in volume, or rather, a replenishment of breast volume. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia.
