Breast correction. McGann 510 style implants

The patient wished to undergo breast augmentation. The preoperative images show noticeable asymmetry of the breasts — specifically, the right breast appears slightly lower in both volume and position compared to the left, as confirmed by the position of the inframammary folds. During the correction and augmentation procedure, McGhan 510 Style implants were used. Their partial placement beneath the lower edge of the pectoralis major muscle allowed for an excellent aesthetic outcome.
