One of the most challenging types of surgeries for any plastic surgeon. A complex case of breast asymmetry with complications. The patient presented with a significantly enlarged areola, internal contour irregularities of the mammary gland — particularly visible on the left breast — and an unattractive inward orientation of the nipple. The plastic surgery required a combination of techniques, including reduction of the right breast using the Hall-Findlay method and a vertical lift of the left breast. At the same time, the areola size was reduced to achieve better proportion. As a result, the patient’s breasts gained a symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
