Rhinoplasty, grinding of the dorsum of the nose

A case of ethnic rhinoplasty. The patient had a small dorsal hump on the nasal bridge. In this situation, performing rhinoplasty in the “Slavic nose” style would not have been suitable. An excellent result was achieved through gentle nasal bridge refinement (dorsal rasping).
