Correction of bilateral gynecomastia

An eighteen-year-old female patient experienced psychological discomfort due to the enlarged size of her breasts, which made it impossible for her to wear certain types of underwear without revealing this defect to others. Diagnosis — bilateral gynecomastia. The issue was resolved through subcutaneous mastectomy and removal of excess breast tissue, performed under intravenous anesthesia.
