Breast augmentation and mastopexy

The patient presented with involutional hypoplasia of the mammary glands with complications. A simple breast lift would not provide an optimal result, as there was not only drooping of the breasts and nipples but also insufficient tissue volume. As a result, it was decided to perform a simultaneous mastopexy and breast augmentation, which made it possible to achieve an excellent outcome.
