Breast augmentation with inframammary approach

The initial consultation with the patient concluded with her decision to undergo breast augmentation, despite our reservations about the necessity of this procedure. The patient’s desire remained unchanged, and since she had not given birth before the operation, an inframammary access technique was chosen for the augmentation. This approach made it possible, even with the use of rather large implants, to achieve ideally contoured breasts.
