The patient sought surgery to restore her breasts to their pre-pregnancy appearance. A combined procedure was chosen — breast augmentation along with nipple reduction to achieve a more aesthetic result. Since the goal was to restore the natural form of the breasts, a small-volume implant was selected. The surgery resulted in beautifully shaped and natural-looking breasts.
