Small breasts - aesthetic breast augmentation

The patient presented with a congenital chest deformity characterized by lateral displacement of the right breast and a wide intermammary distance. Additionally, the breast base was narrow, which made the case technically challenging and limited the possibility of using large implants. Despite these anatomical restrictions, the asymmetry was successfully corrected by placing 225 ml anatomically shaped implants beneath the pectoral muscle. The operation lasted 50 minutes. The photos show the result one month after augmentation.
