A non-standard case of breast augmentation

An uncommon case of breast augmentation. Due to the patient’s specific anatomical features — namely, a prominently protruding sternum — her breasts were slightly oriented outward. However, thanks to a professional approach to preoperative planning and surgical technique, excellent aesthetic results were achieved.
