Breast reduction - result of the operation

The patient presented with concerns about large breast size and nipple ptosis. Large breasts often cause discomfort due to irritation in the folds beneath the breasts, and their significant weight can lead to back pain. A breast reduction surgery using the Hall-Findlay technique was performed. The nipples were lifted higher, the breast volume was reduced — all achieved with a small incision around the areolas and one vertical scar.
