Breast reduction using the vertical Hall-Findley technique

A classic case of breast ptosis in a patient following breastfeeding. The breasts had become elongated along their vertical axis. The condition was corrected through breast reduction surgery performed using the vertical Hall-Findlay technique. During the procedure, 300 grams of breast tissue were removed from each side. The result of the reduction mammoplasty was a beautifully defined breast shape, along with proper nipple position and a natural nipple diameter.
