Breast reduction surgery

The patient, a young woman, experienced significant breast ptosis and enlarged areolas after multiple pregnancies. The heavy breasts caused discomfort, including thoracic spine pain and skin irritation in the inframammary folds. A decision was made to perform reduction mammoplasty with a focus on achieving both functional relief and aesthetic harmony.
The operation was carried out using the vertical Hall-Findlay technique, without drains, and lasted 2.5 hours.
