A case of ethnic rhinoplasty. The patient presented with a low nasal bridge and a broad nasal dorsum. Reconstructive rhinoplasty was recommended to create a new, more defined nasal bridge. Profile photos show the results of the procedure. The patient’s own tissues, specifically, cartilage from the ear, were used to form the new nasal bridge. This technique leaves no visible cosmetic changes to the ear. The profile photo highlights the improved nasal height and the aesthetic enhancement of the patient’s facial features. The patient was very pleased with the results, which appear completely natural. The photos were taken eight months after the surgery.
