Protuberance of the ear accompanied by asymmetry of the ears

A classic case of prominent ears and ear asymmetry in a male patient. During the plastic surgery, excess cartilage tissue was removed, antihelical shaping sutures were applied, and ear symmetry was achieved. The duration of the operation was 45 minutes. Wearing a compression bandage is usually recommended for two weeks. Otoplasty is an outpatient plastic surgery procedure and does not require hospitalization.
