Standard abdominoplasty with navel transfer

The patient is 37 years old and has given birth to twins. She presented with abdominal skin laxity, while the abdominal muscles maintained good tone. The navel was aesthetically displaced downward. A standard abdominoplasty was performed along with navel repositioning. Preoperative photos show the patient wearing compression garments on her legs — this is due to her varicose vein condition. Postoperative images demonstrate significant improvements in the appearance of the abdomen: enhanced contour, elimination of skin laxity, and correction of the protruding lower area through the use of special suturing techniques.
